Jayant Singh, Chief Executive– After working for the sales and marketing department at The Taj Group of Hotels. As the Chief executive of IHP, He has been associated with prestigious projects like the coronation of His Majesty the 5th King of Bhutan and opening of Zhiwaling Hotel, the first indigenous luxury hotel of Bhutan. He has been consulting on hotel projects all across India and has been pioneer in rural tourism projects. Jayant is also the co founder of Razorfinish.com a reverse auction site for hotels. Jayant has a Masters in International Business and a Masters in Marketing from Brussels Business School. Jayant holds a certificate in Hotel Valuation from Cornell and also is a distinction holder in the intermediate certificate in Wines and Spirits from WSET London.

Jayant is also the business Head India for Asian Wine Service and Education Centre. AWSEC is the only Approved Program Provider in Asia for the WSET Diploma.
Jayant also is the Chief Executive and Co- Founder of www.onlychefs.co.in India’s first domain specific website for recruitment of chefs!

Chef Arun Trikha, Chief Operating Officer – Alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, PUSA, New Delhi. Arun joined as a Management Trainee with The Taj Group of Hotels. As the oprational chef, he has had the privilege to be at the helm of the affairs of the famous Tea House of the august moon and The Masala Art at the Taj palace hotel , delhi. Arun has been part of many opening projects including the Zhiwaling Hotel in Bhutan, Black lotus restaurant at Taj Chandigarh and Dragons’ Den in Noida. He has overseen many refurbishments and renovations of Taj restaurants. Arun has planned the base kitchens for four banquet halls set up for the coronation of His Majesty the 5th King of Bhutan

Arun specializes in Hotel and restaurant Facility Planning; he along with his team of chefs handles all the Kitchen Planning, Design, Menu and recipe plan and recruitments for International Hospitality Partners. Arun creates the Initial Area Programming, Operational planning, operational budgeting of hotels and restaurants and is an expert in project & equipment costing

Chef Harpreet Singh, Sous Chef – A food Production graduate, Harpreet has worked with prominent chains like the Oberoi and the Taj. His last assignment before joining IHP was with Machan, the very popular coffee shop at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi.

Harpreet is hands on with all facets of site management, kitchen facility development and remains the foremost chef on Pizza and Italian concepts with IHP

Chef Saurabh Tyagi, Consultant, Chef Saurabh is a Hotel Management Graduate from Institute of Advanced Management Kolkata, And then an advanced Hospitality degree from Queen Margaret University, Scotland, UK.

He Joined Hilton Grosvenor, Edinburgh, Scotland and practiced Western cuisine meanwhile experimenting with Fusion Indian Cuisines and Creative food presentations. Moving on to Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland (member of LHW) as a French Cuisine Chef and then a quick internship with Master chef Gordon Ramsay’s The Maze, London.

Saurabh heads the cuisine presentation and modern Indian cuisine restaurant products for IHP.Saurabh is also the consultant on board www.Onlychefs.co.in ; a leading chef recruitment portal.

Chef Gurinderjit Singh, Consultant Chef – A hotel administration graduate from the prestigious IHM – A, Gurinder brings with him a fresh new perspective of international food production standards and dosumentations. Gurinder also has experience at the revered bakery and patisserie of The Oberois New Delhi, Gurinder takes care of all documentations and standardization of kitchen processes for all IHP projects

Sachin Kumar– Sachin is a CAD qualified professional, He works closely with the projects team to finalize and prepare the drawings and services for different projects. Sachin also heads the onsite spot rough in team to ensure adherence to services and other drawings. With an engineering background, He assists Arun in the technical aspect of planning. He specializes in Designing, documentation, site co-ordinations and site commissioning.

Vansh Gupta– Vansh is a CAD qualified professional, He works closely with the projects team to finalize and prepare the Shop drawings and BoQs for different projects. Vansh also heads the tender development team to ensure adherence to specifications. With an engineering background, He assists Sachin in the technical aspect of planning. He specializes in Designing, budgeting and preparation of tender documents.
