Arun Trikha, COO
Alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, PUSA, New Delhi and an MBA from The Birla Institute of Technology. Arun joined as a Management Trainee with The Taj Group of Hotels. Arun has been part of many opening projects including the Zhiwaling Hotel in Bhutan, Black lotus restaurant at Taj Chandigarh and Dragons’ Den in Noida. He has overseen many refurbishments and renovations of Taj restaurants. Arun has planned the base kitchens for four banquet halls setup for the coronation of His Majesty the 5th King of Bhutan.
Arun specializes in Hotel and restaurant Facility Planning; he along with his team of chefs handles all the Kitchen Planning, Design, Menu and recipe plan and recruitments for International Hospitality Partners. Arun creates the Initial Area Programming, Operational planning, operational budgeting of hotels and restaurants and is an expert in project & equipment costing.
Arun is also the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of www.onlychefs.in which is India’s first domain specific website for recruitment of chefs!
Chef Harpreet Singh
A food Production graduate, Harpreet has worked with prominent hotel chains like the Oberoi and the Taj. His last assignment before joining IHP in 2009 was with Machan, the very popular coffee shop at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi.
Harpreet is hands on with all facets of site management, kitchen facility development and remains the foremost chef on Pizza and Italian concepts with IHP
Chef Ankush Bhatia
Ankush has worked in TGIF & Trident Jaipur as a Pastry Chef.
Ankush then expanded his work repertoire with experience at Café Coffee Day (CCD) as a Pastry Chef.
He has over twenty eight years of experience and has been with IHP since 2015.
Chef Suparna Saha
Suparna was a senior faculty at the prestigious IHM-Aurangabad, by the Taj group of Hotels. She is a pass out from IHM Chennai.
Suparna has worked in the best hotel brands like the Taj group of Hotels, the Oberoi Hotels and the Best Western hotels.
She has also worked in the amazing QSR brands- Au Bon Pain, Sagar Ratna & Dunkin Donuts India.

Chef Dhwajbir Singh
Dhwajbir was a chef at the Masala Art at Taj Palace Delhi and has vast exposure across brands in Indian cuisine.
He has worked with the Great Kebab Factory. He takes care of the Indian food training and innovation.
He has been with IHP since 2011.
Chef Devanshu Seth
Devanshu has worked in some of the best hotel brands, namely the Oberoi Maidens New Delhi, ITC Grand Chola Chennai, Trident Udaipur, JW Marriot Jaipur and Ozen by Atmosphere Resort Maldives.
Devanshu has a Diploma in Food Production from IHM Faridabad and has a graduate degree from Delhi University.

Chef Bhagat Singh
Bhagat is an experienced Pan Asian chef having worked at the ITC Fortune Park Delhi.
He has an experience of 12 years in the industry working with Pan Asian cuisine..
Bhagat also has a Diploma in Food Production from IHM PUSA and a graduation from Delhi University.
Chef Pankaj
Pankaj has worked with brands like Amici Café, Olive Bistro, Drunken Botanist & Park Plaza Hotel Delhi.
He has over twelve years of experience and has been associated with IHP since 2022
Pankaj holds a Diploma in F&B Production from Maurya Institute of Hospitality Management and a graduate from SGRR PG College, Dehradun.
Chef Ashok Negi
Ashok has worked with some renowned restaurant brands, namely The Pebble Street, Imperfecto, Informal and the Indian Rasoi.
He has a vast experience of over fifteen years and has been associated with IHP since 2021.
Ashok also has a diploma in culinary arts from the prestigious Ashoka Hotel & Samrat Hotel (ITDC), Delhi.

Sumit Chauhan, HR
Sumit is a seasoned Talent acquisition professional with over five years of specialized experience in recruitment and staffing, specializing in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
He also holds a degree in BCA and is pursuing MBA in HR from Delhi University.
Abhishek Bajpai, HR
Abhishek has honed his skills in talent acquisition, executive hiring, and HR generalist activities. His expertise includes interviewing, telephonic screening, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows.

She graduated from Delhi University with a BA and furthered her education by completing an MA in Political Science from IGNOU.

CAD Team
Manjit Singh
Manjit is a CAD qualified professional. He works closely with the projects team to finalize and prepare the drawings and services for different projects. Manjit also heads the on-site spot through team to ensure adherence to services and other drawings. With an engineering background, he assists Arun in the technical aspect of planning. He specializes in Designing, documentation, site co-ordinations and site commissioning. He is assisted by a team of four more CAD professionals.
Amit Kumar
Amit Kumar – is a dynamic civil engineer with 1 year of hands-on experience in the field and a strong proficiency in CAD. He has contributed to several key projects, where he applied his technical skills in designing and drafting detailed plans using AutoCAD. Amit's ability to integrate engineering principles with cutting-edge CAD technology has enabled him to produce accurate and efficient designs that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Jatin Kohli
Jatin Kohli - is a highly motivated CAD professional, he has a strong foundation in CAD principles, developed through rigorous academic training and hands-on project work. Proficient in AutoCAD, he has demonstrated an aptitude for creating precise and detailed technical drawings. He also has a degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.
